TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your vacation package through All In Vacations Club.

    1. Promotional Offer Eligibility

    Our discounted vacation packages are offered in collaboration with resort partners. To qualify, participants must:

    • Be married, cohabiting, or a legally single woman (see age/income criteria)
    • Attend a 90–120 minute vacation ownership presentation
    • Bring a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) – No debit/prepaid/business cards
    • Be 30–70 years old (retirees accepted up to 60 if qualified)
    • Have a minimum annual household income of $60,000 USD
    • Speak and understand English or Spanish fluently
    • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of relationship if applicable
    • At least one participant must hold a valid U.S. or Canadian passport

    2. Group Travel Restriction

    Only two promotional packages are allowed per family or group traveling within the same dates. Violating this will result in:

    • Reservation cancellation
    • Full retail rate charges
    • Reassignment to a different resort (if available)

    3. Reservation & Confirmation

    After booking, you will receive an email confirmation within the next 24 hours. You must complete a VIP Welcome Call to finalize flight details and verify your qualifications.

    4. Fees & Taxes

    Guests must pay a $35.95 USD nightly resort fee + local environmental tax upon check-in.

    Failure to attend the sales presentation or meet qualifications will result in a $90 USD per person/per night penalty plus any previously paid amounts.

    5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans can change or that you may not always qualify — here’s how we handle refunds at All In Vacations Club:

    If You Don’t Qualify After Booking

    If the resort determines during your qualification call that you don’t meet the requirements, you will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.

    Standard Cancellation Policy

    • Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of purchase — no questions asked.
    • Non-Refundable: Once your reservation is confirmed with the resort, the package becomes non-refundable.

    Disqualification on Arrival

    Failure to meet the qualifications in person at the resort or miss the required presentation will result in:

    • The package being voided and marked non-refundable
    • A $90 USD per person, per night penalty, plus any previously paid amount

    6. Not Eligible If You:

    To ensure fairness and uphold the conditions set by our resort partners, certain individuals may not qualify for this promotional offer. Please review the following exclusions carefully, as they may affect your eligibility

    • Attended a resort presentation in the last 12 months
    • Are employed in travel, hospitality, military, clergy, or student sectors
    • Are staying at another resort in the same area before or after this promotion
    • Have friends or family living near the resort
    • Are a current or past vacation club member of the offering resort
    • Are participating in another promotional vacation simultaneously

    7. Liability & Discretion

    All In Vacations Club does not set the eligibility requirements — these are determined by our resort partners. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if we believe a guest does not meet the required qualifications.
