Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your vacation package through All In Vacations Club.

1. Promotional Offer Eligibility:
   Marital Status: Married, or cohabiting (minimum 5 years living together with matching addresses on IDs), or
   legally single men and women.
   Payment Method: Must present a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex) at check-in.
   Age: 30–70 years old.
   Income: Annual household income of $60,000 USD or more.
   Language: Must be fluent in English or Spanish.
   Documentation: Valid ID & Passport required (US/Canada citizens).
   Attendance at a 90–120 minute promotional presentation is mandatory. All travelers included in the reservation,
   including spouses, cohabitants, and children, must attend the presentation together in its entirety. Failure for all
   parties to attend the scheduled session will result in disqualification from the sponsored rate and the application
   of all relevant penalties.
2. Group Travel Restriction: Only one promotional package is permitted per family or traveling group. At its sole
   discretion and subject to availability, All In Vacations Club may authorize a second room for friends or family
   traveling together at the same resort during the same or overlapping dates. Additional rooms and nights will be
   charged at the current applicable resort rate.
3. Reservation & Confirmation: After receiving the purchase letter, guests must complete the reservation form
   at least 30 days prior to their desired check-in date. A verification call is mandatory to confirm details, collect
   resort fees, and process any requested upgrades, additional nights, or extra guests. To guarantee the booking, all
   associated costs—including the resort fee and any selected extras or upgrades—must be paid in full at least 15
   days prior to the check-in date. Your official Confirmation Number will be issued via email only after successful
   phone verification and must be presented at check-in.

4. Fees & Penalties:
   Resort Fee: A standard nightly fee of $39.95 USD applies per room. Please note that this fee is determined by
   the individual resort property and may be adjusted higher or lower based on the specific destination selected
   during the reservation process.
   Non-Attendance Penalty: All travelers (including children) must attend the full 90–120 minute presentation
   together. Failure to attend or leaving before the presentation ends will result in a charge of $90 USD per
   person, per night or the resort’s current rack rate, whichever is higher, to the credit card on file.
5. Resort Availability & Eligibility Contingency: This promotional offer is subject to resort-specific availability
   and final eligibility approval by the resort’s verification department.
   Lack of Availability: In the event that the selected resort does not have vacancy for the traveler’s requested
   dates, All In Vacations Club reserves the right to provide comparable accommodations at an alternative resort
   of equal or higher value.
   Eligibility Rejection: If the traveler is determined to be ineligible under the specific criteria of the selected
   resort (including but not limited to marital status, age, or occupation), All In Vacations Club will reassign the
   booking to a resort within our portfolio that matches the traveler’s eligibility profile.
   No Refund Status: Such reassignments due to availability or eligibility do not entitle the traveler to a refund, as
   the promotional value of the package remains fulfilled.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy: These are a non-refundable sponsored promotional packages.

• Resort Eligibility: Choosing a resort for which the traveler does not meet specific eligibility requirements (e.g.,
  marital status, age, or income) does not constitute grounds for a refund. In such cases, the traveler will be offered
  alternative resort options within the Open Package portfolio that match their qualifications.
• Fraudulent Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during booking or verification
  nullifies the right to any refund.
• Disqualification: Disqualification upon arrival voids the package; all penalties apply.

7. Non-Eligibility (Restrictions): This offer is not available to individuals who:
   Have attended a promotional presentation for this or a related resort brand within the past 12 months.
   Usage Limit: A maximum of two (2) sponsored trips is permitted. A third travel package is not allowed under
   this promotion.
   Are currently or recently employed in the military, clergy, travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industries.
   Are currently participating in another promotional vacation offer or staying at another local resort during the
   same period.
   Own property in Mexico or have family or friends residing within a 40-kilometer radius of the chosen resort.
   Are current or former members of a vacation club affiliated with this property.
8. Liability & Discretion: All In Vacations Club reserves the right to cancel the promotion and revoke the
   sponsored rate if eligibility requirements are not fully met. Failure to provide accurate information or comply with
   qualification standards will result in the immediate cancellation of the package.
9. Travel Validity: This package is valid for twelve (12) months from the purchase date. Travel must be reserved and completed within this period. Packages not redeemed within 12 months will be considered expired and non-
   refundable.

10. Resort-Specific Terms and Conditions: Upon selecting and booking a specific resort destination, the
    traveler agrees to abide by the individual Terms and Conditions of that specific resort property. These may
    include, but are not limited to, additional eligibility requirements regarding marital status, age, or occupation. If the
    traveler does not meet the specific qualifications of the chosen resort, they may be required to choose an
    alternative property within the Open Package portfolio that matches their eligibility profile.
